FEES: The application fees for general and OBC candidates is Rs. 450 and for SC/SC/PH is Rs. 150. Apart from this bank charges of Rs. 20 will also be levied. Fees has to be deposited to any branch of SBI in account no. 32968716721 in favor of 'National Insurance Company Limited' from 17 July to 7 July 2013. Then you have to download bank challan from the site.
HOW TO APPLY: Follow these steps-
1. Go to 'nationalinsuranceindia.com' and click on 'Recruitment'.
2. Choose the relevant advertisement.
3. Fill all the details required in the form.
4. Upload a scanned copy of photograph and signature to the site in the section where photo has been asked.
5. Check for all the information and submit.
6. Visit the site again and this time fill in your fee details.
7. You will be then able to download your application form.
8. Get a print out of this form and keep it safely for future use.
